We are now England Athletics Affiliated, giving us many benefits including £2.00 discount on UKA races.

From March 7th our new 5k-8k group will start @ 6.45pm with groups 1 and 2

Group 1; 1600m warm up - 5-6 x 800m, 1600m cool down.
Group 2; 8k-10k city run.
