ALL GROUPS NOW START AT THE SAME TIME. 6.40PM SIGN IN FOR A 6.45PM START.

We are now England Athletics Affiliated, giving us many benefits including £2.00 discount on UKA races.

We are now back to two groups only. The leader who volunteered to help the group 3 project was unable to fulfil their promised commitment.

We have funding for more group leaders, so please chat with Greg or Kelly if you are interested.
Upcoming sessions followed by a drink in the somewhere on the quay.
Group 1 will consist of runners 8.30 min miles/5.17 min km and faster.
Group 2 will consist of runners 8.31 minute miles/5.18 min km and slower.
8th August 2024;
Group 1; 10-12k run.
Group 2; 8-10 km.
